Help to buy Mortgage Scheme - NEW BUILD

First-time buyers should also consider the help to buy mortgage guarantee scheme. We can help assess whether you qualify for this scheme, this could give you the ability to secure a home with a 5% deposit, the government will provide an additional 20% under the Help to Buy loan scheme.

To do this, you cannot own another property in the UK or overseas, nor can you intend to rent the property out. The house should not cost more than £600,000, and you must be a first-time buyer. We can help you with the government help to buy application.

Steps to take when buying a property

  • We can work out the amount you will be able to borrow.

  • Put in your offer.

  • A survey will be carried out by a mortgage lender.

  • Contracts are exchanged.
